The Mountain Sun, a local brewery, turns all of its taps over to stout every February for Stout Month. So tasty. My two favs are the tangerine cream stout, and the hazelnut latte stout. The cherry dip stout was also pretty good. I was not a fan of one of the super hoppy Imperial stouts we tried. Hops smells and tastes like soap to me, so that kind of ruins it. i'm normally not info fruit flavored beers, but both tangerine cream and hazelnut latte stout sound pretty good.... plus peanut butter and marshmellow spring rolls? I'm drooling and it's only 9:30am.
We shall dine on PB & Fluff spring rolls in April! Boulder = classy.
