Zwanze Day!
On December 1st, Josh and I took part in the world wide Zwanze Day. Once a year, Cantillon brewery in Belgium releases their rhubarb saison. Only a handful of bars around the world are lucky enough to get a keg, and they are all tapped at the same time and everyone around the world toasts together. Long story short, it's a pretty big deal. We got in line around 8am with a bunch of other beer nerds. We had pre-cooked 5 lbs of bacon and 24 breakfast burritos. We do it up right. Everyone brought amazing beer to share with the crowd. And it was the perfect sized crowd too. Maybe 150 people? Everyone was so nice and friendly, sharing delicious beer, and having a good time. It really made me proud to be a part of the Denver beer community. We've got a really good thing goin on here!

San Francisco Birthday Weekend!
Went to San Fran for Dreamforce. Such a fun conference! Josh flew out on the last day and we stayed through the weekend with friends. It also just so happened to be my birthday weekend. Here are some pics :)

Denver Date Day
To celebrate landing tickets to Book of Mormon on Friday, Josh and I decided to take the day off and have a Denver Date Day. The day started with a visit to Tom's Home Cookin'. A soul food restaurant only open on weekdays. Mmm fried chicken! Next, a visit to the Denver Botanic Gardens was in order, followed by dinner at Tag (mmm.. taco sushi!) and the show. Denver Date Day rocked! This must become a regular thing.
