Pumpkin Carving

Our house hosted a little pumpkin carving party the weekend before Halloween. The pumpkins came out amazing! My mom's hard cider punch was a big hit too.

Birthday, camping, and baseball!

Sorry for not posting in a while. I've been super busy! For my birthday, Eric took me camping way up in the mountains. The aspen leaves were just starting to turn bright gold and it was really gorgeous. I'm glad I got to go camp before it was too late! Thanks E! ;-)

Aspens.

The bumpy road we drove up for about an hour to get to camp. It made me a bit motion sick.

Finally we made it to our campsite. This is a view from the site.

Packing up in the morning.

The rain coming in. We hit up a cafe and had bloody mary's for breakfast! mmmmm.

The plant Eric got my for my birthday. It's on my desk at work now.

We went out to dinner with Eric's roommates and friends. This is Nick and his mom.

Birthday key lime pie!

Saturday Sep 30th, Eric and I went to one of the last Rockies regular season games. We had great seats and it was pretty fun.

Eric looking up scores on his fancy phone.

The Colorado crew all got together at Conor O'Neil's to watch the Rockie's one game playoff. Super long game, but SO much fun. That's Bret on the left, Mary my roommate, Jamie in the back in red, Dave, George, Eric, and Johnboy.

Eric, George and I went to game 3 of the Rockies NLDS. Before the game we hit up Oktoberfest in Denver.

It was funny to see an Irish Pub at Oktoberfest.

Our seats for the NLDS!

When the lights went out. Pretty cool.

Woohoo!

Here are two videos - one before the game and one after. SO much fun! Eric and I have tickets to Game 5 of the NLCS, but that means the Rockies have to lose a game for us to be able to go. It's kind of hard to root for that, but I do hope we get to go to the game!
