Went out for friend Scott's 25th birthday to an Italian restaurant called Momo's. It was great company, but unfortunately the service was crap. I guess that's what happens when you're not paying tips. But it was just horrible..a different waiter coming everytime, having to auction food and drinks, etc. But the worse was that we brought a cake to embarrass/surprise Scott with, and after we were done with dinner they brought out plates and forks for everyone so it was VERY obvious we had brought something, and Scott totally knew we had a cake, even though we tried to convince him it was just "in case we wanted dessert". Stupid waitress. Well, it was still a good time, and my risotto wasn't too bad... but nothing compared to the one Eric made in Boulder on my last night!! Oh, and apparently you serve pinot noir COLD?!?! It was actually kind of refreshing, but still strange to drink a cold red wine that wasn't sangria. Silly aussies ;-)
