So it's been raining pretty much non-stop over the past few days. Not raining... POURING. I didn't realize how much until I converted 198mm and realized that was 7.8 inches! Just on Thursday! I'm sure we've gotten over a foot of rain this week. Lots of flooding. Thankfully we're getting a bit of a break today. Just sprinkles here and there. But there is concern that whatever low pressure system is bringing all this rain might turn into a cyclone (hurricane). That would be BAD. Especially on top of all this rain we've had already. Last year this time a hurricane the same strength as Katrina hit 2 hours north of here. Kinda scary. So I took some videos of the rain, some minor flooding near our back door, and our cool contraption to move the water from the roof gutter into the pool to stop the flooding. Check it...
